Alkis Soumpoulis – owner of Molos Restaurant in Milos

We visited Milos for vacations we loved the island and specifically Pollonia! We believed, therefore, that a fish tavern it fits perfectly into the village.
You have extensive experience in catering since as you are the owner of the historic restaurant Koutouki 54 in Athens which has written its own history. The cuisine of Molos is related to that of Koutouki 54?
The Koutouki 54 has a long history. It started in 1954 and among its clients were many popular artists the cuisine specialized in seafood and shellfish. Nine years ago we took over the management of the restaurant. The menu has changed radically and became oriental. In Milos we kept a very small piece of the Athens menu and the Molos menu is based on fish and seafood such as octopus, shrimp, scallops, pasta and risotto.
