Navagio Beach in Zakynthos
23-04-2013 17:38Navagio Beach or the Shipwreck, is an exposed cove, often referred to as 'Smugglers Cove', on the north western side of Zakynhtos island and is the location of the wreck of the alleged smuggler ship Panagiotis.
This is one of the mostly photographed beaches in Greece. Mainly because of the shipwreck that decorates this impressive white pebbled bay that can only be accessed by small boats. The waters are turquoise blue and very-very deep. This beach is always crowded because excursion boats go there all day long. The exotic water and the rocky surroundings attract a lot of people. This is the best ever beach in Zakynthos! Do not miss it!
