Petrinos is a brand new seafood restaunt, owned by Manolis Kypraiou, who has been engaged in catering and gastronomy on the island of Milos for more than 25 years.
Manolis created an atmospheric sea food restaurant in a very hot location on the beach of Adamantas. The deck area is absolutely impressive, built right above the waves, and with a stunning sea breeze atmosphere.
The cuisine is a purely Mediterranean one, with the typical sea food versions such as the risotto with seafood, the shrimp spaghetti and various fresh fish. The menu, however, includes as well Greek dishes like cabbage rolls and mousaka. The last dishes are indeed the ones that made Manolis famous at the other restaurants he owned.
Petrinos is a new suggestion, but a safe one, since Manolis Kypraiou has a year long gastronomic experience.
