Built within a charming old Venetian building, this quiet and friendly property is located in the heart of the Old Town of Rethymnon. The location is ideal as Pepi Studios is positioned 3 minutes away from the town’s unique sandy beach as well as a minute walking distance from the commercial area, the museums, and the numerous cafes, restaurants and nightclubs.

The history of the building in which Pepi Studios is established goes way back to the early years of the 20th century. In 1906 the building accommodated the private primary school ‘Amalia’, and later on the property was sold to a local business man who turned it into a material shop in 1962. One generation after the other, and the members of this family managed to transform the building into small apartments in 1985, and later on into a charming boutique hotel.

Facilities

The property comprises of 14 studios and 4 maisonettes which surround a beautiful garden and a small outdoor swimming pool. It is built in respect to the character and architecture of the Old Town of Rethymnon, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the charm of yesterday and the comforts of today.Our studios can accommodate up to 4 people per room.  Pepi Studios, which have recently been refurbished, offer various in-room facilities such as fully equipped kitchen with fridge and cutlery, electronic safe deposit box, Flat screen TV, A/C , heating, satellite TV and hairdryer.

Facilities of Accommodation

Public facilities include free WiFi internet access which is provided throughout the property including all studios, a reception area and a luggage storage area, public toilettes and shower room where guests can freshen up before departure, our charming garden and a small outdoor swimming pool where our guests can relax and enjoy the Greek sun.

Pepi Studios is located in the heart of the Old Town of Rethymnon.

The property is situated 200m away from the town centre, 700m away from the town’s unique sandy beach and a minute walk away from the commercial and historical area of Rethymnon. Moreover, a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and night clubs is available within a 3-minute walk.
Parking
Due to the fact that Pepi Studios is located in the heart of the historical area of Rethymnon, no vehicles are allowed during the summer period. However there are two large parking facilities nearby the property (charges apply). The first one is located in the town centre and the second one next to the town’s port which is 5 minutes walking distance away from the property.
