Here, we all eat together, as friends. Come around the monastic tables so as to know each other, plan the next trip to Kea, rest after a day under the sun of the Aegean. We have much to say.
Our menu is based on seasonal flavors. For that reason, our menu is adjusted daily. Local or not, our chef definitely adds a creative touch so as to bring something new to traditional homemade recipes, that remind of your childhood and create their own powerful experiences!
Whether we are talking about a simple salad with bean or indigenous Kea suckling pig with potatoes and pear, for us these dishes are and should be the same loud. We believe equally in "poor" (in name only) Mediterranean cuisine but also in traditionally more festive, with every meat-eating fish eating or entailed.
Also, everyday we produce our own homemade desserts inspired by the repertoire of mothers around the world, that we think is the best.
