Shortly before arriving at the square of the village you will see "Salkimi" tavern, standing proudly, ready to welcome you. The wooden appearance makes the first impression be positive, but what really makes you enter this cozy restaurant is the smells coming out of the kitchen. It's Mr Mygdalio's delicacies that give this incredible aroma! Mr Antonis, the owner, always welcomes you with a sincere smile that quickly makes you feel comfortable.
"Salkimi" is the word used in Minor Asia for the plant wisteria, and means "bunch of grapes". As you'll see, this is the dominant element decorating the tavern, lapping with its beauty the roof.
The dishes served are traditional, prepared with the best materials and have the scent of the Asian Minor kitchen. Enjoy!
