Thomas tavern is located in the center of Sklithro village, in the regions of Florina and Kastoria, abstaining 40 km from each town. Our menu offers 40 different dishes daily, especially a wide variety of appetizers, more than 30 different types of cheese from all over Greece and of course the joy you will once you get your hands on the list of wines.
Try the rotisserie chicken, which is among the traditional specialties served in the shop since 1970, the schnitzel with various sauces that accompany them, the fried chicken (with two different wines and red peppers), the tenderloin pepper, the wine sauce boar, snails, frogs' legs, the ostrich tomato sauce, pork knuckle in the hull, deer stew with homemade noodles and pork with basil sauce ..
A good meal needs also a good wine. At your disposal you will find 365 labels Greek wines, offering you a different wine for each day of the year and of course visited the cellar in the restaurant area to choose from, if you wish, your own wine to accompany your meal.
Concluding his fourth decade in foodservice, the restaurant has been completely renovated to offer you the best food, made with our own character, much more than usual.
