Petros restaurant is a family-run business which opened back in 1948 and continues to pass from generation to generation, offering authentic Greek flavors over the famous Caldera of Santorini.

The Menu
The dishes included in the menu of Petros family tavern are all based on simple traditional recipes and prepared with products of Greek land and sea.
Pure raw materials are undoubtly the secret of success of Petros restaurant. Selected products, combined with traditional way of cooking, but with the chef’s modern touch, guarantee you will enjoy a tasteful result.
With panoramic views of the Caldera of Santorini you will enjoy fresh fish and amazing seafood, cought by Alexandros daily. Grilled octopus, fried squid, shrimp, mussels, fish soup, but also parsley, salmon, sea beam, sea bass… are just some of the options in Petros restaurant.
Local delicacies such as fava and tomato balls are not to be missed from the menu, along with the traditional Greek mousaka, stuffed vegetables, lamb in the oven and many more. There are also some special dishes, such as the pork tenderloin with vinsanto wine and the frying fillet.
You will accompany them with genuine local wines from the varieties Nykteri, Brusco, Mezzo and Vinsanto, all produced in the wineries of Santorini. Or you can taste some other labels from Greek producers, also included in the menu.
