Villa Lefkothea is a spectacular traditional villa built in the 1830s that panoramically oversees the Aegean Sea. It is located at the top od Ioulis, the Chora (or Hora) of Kea, and it is surrounded by vinyards and olive tree groves. At Villa Lefkothea the guests will experience unique moments of relaxation and rejuvenation. Its unique character, the magical view, the spacious multi-level terrace that leads to the garden, the exquisite decoration, as well as the location, create an ideal space of serenity and tranquility.
The Villa is a mere 5 minute walk away from Ioulis. Coming down the narrow stone-laid alleys of the Chora you will have the opportunity to visit the Archeological Museum, the local marketplace and to taste local delicacies at the local traditional taverns. For the more adventurous, there are paths that start at Ioulis and lead all across the island of Kea.
At the ground floor of Villa Lefkothea there are two independent and separate bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, that can accommodate 2 to 4 guests. By the two bedrooms there used to be the Villa's old cellar, that has now been modified to a contmporary and fully-fitted kitchen with a prominent large oak table, as well as all the equipment necessary in order for you to prepare any meal.
On the Villa's first floor one can find a comfortable and spactious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a living room with a fireplace. From the Villa's stone-laid veranda you can enjoy the sea view and the enchanting sunsets, while sippion on a glass of wine from the vineyards that surround the Villa.
